Welcome to Dreamsites Infotech (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
Dreamsites Infotech provides web design, web development, hosting setup, portal creation, maintenance, and related digital services.
Service details, timelines, and charges are clearly mentioned on our service/package pages or mutually agreed through written communication.
2. Payments
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of registering any website package with Dreamsites Infotech.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 24 hours after the website is fully completed and shared with the client for review.
If the remaining payment is not cleared within 24 hours, the website will be temporarily placed under an “Under Construction / Maintenance Mode” banner until full payment is received.
The website will be activated and made live only after the pending payment is fully settled.
Once the project has started, all payments are non-refundable.
Annual charges for hosting, domain, maintenance, or any additional services will be billed separately as per the plan or invoice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
Website content, images, logo, product details, or any required material
Required login details for server, hosting, or existing website
Timely feedback for smooth and on-time delivery
Any delay in providing content or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Project Delivery
The estimated delivery time for each package is mentioned on the respective product page.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and client responsiveness.
After final approval, any additional changes or redesign requests may be chargeable.
5. Content Ownership
All content supplied by the client must be legal, original, and copyright-free.
Dreamsites Infotech is not responsible for issues arising from copyrighted or illegal content provided by the client.
6. Website Hosting & Annual Renewal
Hosting/domain renewals must be done annually to keep the website active.
Failure to renew may result in website downtime or data loss.
Hosting/server-related issues caused by third-party providers are not under our control.
7. Maintenance & Support
Free support is limited to features included in the chosen package.
Additional features, plugin upgrades, redesigns, or new pages are chargeable.
For advanced or recurring support, annual maintenance packages may apply.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools like:
Hosting services
Plugins & themes
APIs
Payment gateways
We cannot be held responsible for downtime, bugs, or security issues related to any third-party service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dreamsites Infotech is not responsible for:
Loss of data
Hacking/phishing caused by weak passwords
Downtime caused by hosting/server issues
Business loss resulting from website unavailability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
The client violates any terms
Performs illegal activities
Abuses services or engages in fraud
Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
11. Updates to Terms
Dreamsites Infotech reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
